Full-Time Work Model (Fixed Routing)

Passenger Registration and Service Requests
Passenger data enters the system in three different ways; whichever you use, the records land in the same pool and the plan is fed from the same data.
- Passengers create their service request from the mobile-friendly, web-based Online Registration screen. They define their address, stop and details on that screen.
- Passengers are uploaded via Excel. They are placed on the map using street addresses or coordinates.
- Writing data directly from other software through the API gives full synchronization.
Among the registered passengers, those who will actually travel that day are settled through the shift plan and passenger bookings.
- For passengers defined daily, weekly or monthly, the shift plan is uploaded via Excel or set through the interface.
- Passengers create their service bookings from their mobile app, either with approval or directly.

Our shuttle provider already has its own tracking system. Why would we need vitaRoute?+
Your provider's system was built to run their operation; it does not audit on your behalf. vitaRoute produces an independent record that belongs to you, the party buying the service. It is an advantage for a provider doing a good job too — the monthly argument over “did the trip run, was it late” comes to an end.
Do we have to share GPS data? How is location data stored?+
The raw location trace is not stored. A read-only connection is set up with your existing GPS provider; the system keeps only the results derived from that trace — was the trip run, how well did it match the stops, was there a delay. You can cut the connection at any time.
Our shuttle plan isn't digital — we don't even have a written route list. Can we still start?+
That is the best possible starting point. We derive your existing lines from the GPS trace: we read from the data where the vehicles stop each day, in what order they travel and where they wait, and build your first digital plan from it.
We don't have time for a new piece of software. How long does setup take?+
