1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute the agreement between vita RnD Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("vitaRoute", "we", "the company") and the natural or legal person ("User", "you") who registers on the vitaRoute platform or uses its services.
By registering on the platform, creating an API key or using our services in any way, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
vitaRoute is an API service that provides access to route optimization and vehicle routing algorithms. The service includes:
- The route optimization API (optimize, calculate and related endpoints)
- API key management
- A usage monitoring and reporting dashboard
- Plan-based access quotas and technical support
We reserve the right to develop, modify, or partially or fully discontinue the service with prior notice. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
3. Account and API Keys
To use the service, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
- Each user may open only one account.
- Do not share your API keys with third parties. You are responsible for keeping your keys confidential.
- If you become aware that a key has been used without authorization, you must revoke it immediately and notify us.
- All operations performed through your API keys are deemed to have been performed by you.
4. Acceptable Use
Using our service for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited:
- Engaging in illegal activities or infringing the rights of third parties
- Generating excessive load that could harm the system (DDoS, scraping, etc.)
- Opening multiple accounts in order to exceed plan limits
- Reselling or redistributing API outputs without permission
- Testing or exploiting security vulnerabilities
- Producing misleading, fake or malicious content
If a violation is detected, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for monthly or annual periods. Payments are processed through PayTR.
- Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it.
- Price changes: Plan price changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after such notice means that you accept the new price.
- Late payments: If a payment fails, it is retried within 7 days. If payment is not made within this period, the account is downgraded to the Free plan.
- Taxes: Our prices do not include VAT. For users in Türkiye, VAT is added at the statutory rate.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is given for the remaining period.
A full refund is given in the following cases:
- The request is made within 7 days of the first subscription payment (trial refund)
- Interruptions originating from our service exceed a total of 72 hours within a calendar month
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake

7. Intellectual Property
The vitaRoute platform, its API, algorithms, design and content belong to vita RnD Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi and are protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted only a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right of use within the framework of these Terms. Copying the platform, attempting to reverse engineer its source code or creating derivative products is prohibited.
The data you process through the API belongs to you. You grant us only the limited license necessary to provide the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no warranty regarding:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service
- The fitness of API outputs for a particular purpose
- Disruptions caused by third-party services (payment, hosting, etc.)
Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid during the 3-month period preceding the event giving rise to the damage. We are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages.
9. Privacy
Information on the processing of your personal data is set out in a separate Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Text. These documents form an integral part of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.
As a rule, disputes are first to be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days of a written application by either party, legal proceedings may be initiated.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the date of the changes means that you accept the updated Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
