Conference Day — 180 Delegates, 3 Hotels, 1 Convention Center
Situation
For an international conference in Istanbul, 180 delegates must travel simultaneously from 3 different five-star hotels to the convention center. Delegates have requested VIP vehicles, some require private security, and all transfers must be completed 15 minutes before the opening address.
Problem
The transfer coordinator was manually matching each delegate's hotel with their vehicle preference. Last-minute cancellations and additions constantly disrupted the plan, and some vehicles made empty trips.
vitaRoute Solution
The vitaRoute API was called with delegates' hotel addresses, vehicle types, and the arrival deadline. The algorithm evaluated VIP vehicle capacities, hotel locations, and traffic density to produce a routing and timing plan.
Sonuç
All 180 delegates were at the convention center 18 minutes before the opening address. Vehicles used dropped from 24 to 17. Time spent on transfer coordination fell from 4 hours to 12 minutes.
